Join us for a Fayetteville Dogwood Festival tradition - the annual Car, Motorcycle, and Truck Show! We welcome all vehicles including, but not limited to, cars, motorcycles, and trucks. This premier event includes the opportunity to win a variety of awards, music, fun, and of course, bragging rights if you win! We invite you to come out and show off your ride in Fayetteville's largest and favored festival!

Registration & Entry Fee
Pre-Registration will open February 2025 and close Tuesday, April 1st, 2025. After that, we'll see you at the Market House! Walk-ups are welcome, but space is limited so don't wait to register.
Pre-Registration: $25 for Cars and Trucks / $15 for Motorcycles
Day-Of Registration: $30 for Cars and Trucks / $20 for Motorcycles
CLUB DISCOUNTS AREA AVAILABLE FOR 4 OR MORE.
Categories
Participants may register in the following categories:
Car: Antique (1900-1975); Classic (1976-2000); Modern (2001-present day)
Motorcycle: General Entry
Truck: Antique (1900-1975); Classic (1976-2000); Modern (2001-present day)
*Note: If your vehicle has been altered in a way that no longer accurately reflects the year it was modified, you may choose the category you wish to compete in.
Rules & Regulations
Maintaining the safety and integrity of the show is a number one priority of the Dogwood Festival. Any entrant found to be acting inappropriately, aggressively, or unsportsmanlike will be ejected from the show. We ask that all entrants and attendees be kind and treat others with respect.
Pre-Registration: All pre-registered exhibitors must arrive between 9am-10am. If not, the entrant is at risk of forfeiting the entry. Pre-registration entry is non-refundable and non-transferable.
On-site Registration: Registration is available on-site if space is available after pre-registration. Please arrive for registration between 10am-11am. Registration entry is non-refundable and non-transferable.
This is a rain or shine event.
The exhibitor of the entry is responsible for classifying the entry; however, the judges reserve the right to re-classify the entry if it is deemed inaccurate. This excludes the circumstance where the entry has been altered tremendously from its original manufactured date.
Entry numbers must be clearly displayed on the driver's side windshield to be judged.
Judges must have access to all entry areas of the entry including the trunk, interior, and engine compartment. Exhibitors must open the areas to be visible by judges.
All vehicles must remain in the show area for the duration of the show (until the end of the awards ceremony).
Awards
A variety of awards will be given including but not limited to: Best in Show, People's Choice, and 1st, 2nd, 3rd place within categories. Winners must be present for the awards.
* Note: Winner of Best in Show is not eligible for other awards.
Judging
It is recommended that the entrant be present at the time of judging should there be any questions presented by the judges. Judging will begin promptly at 12pm and will continue until all exhibits are evaluated. Judges' decisions are final. Tie breakers will be made by the judges after a short evaluation and re-inspection if needed.

12pm: Show begins; Judging begins
5pm: Awards Ceremony
6pm: Load-Out

DWF REFUND POLICY
The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival maintains a rain or shine policy, meaning that as long as the event continues to go on, no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled and the DWF is unable to fulfil the service.
